terms of service
◦ i reserve the right to decline a request for any reason.◦ total commission cost may increase due to complexity of character design.◦ full payment upfront via app.lava.top. work starts after payment is received.◦ no refunds are accepted.◦ style may be a bit experimental.
revisions
◦ revisions made during sketch stage are free.◦ if you do not like the initial sketch, a new one would cost extra (price is discussed individually).◦ revisions made during lineart / flat color stage are 5$ each.◦ revisions during rendering stage are not accepted.◦ any mistakes on my part will be fixed at any stage for free.
commission use
◦ commercial use is not included in the base price and costs extra (+100% to the total cost).◦ merch / starting/ending screen / monetized content (e.g. for patreon, fanbox etc.) are considered as commercial use.◦ icon / banner / art for schedule or personal social media are considered as personal use.◦ i reserve the right to post, stream or use the artwork for my portfolio unless the commission is fully private (+50% to the total cost).◦ if you need the artwork to remain unpublished until a certain date, please let me know in advance (free of charge).◦ editing my artwork is prohibited. if you need any changes please contact me (price is discussed individually).◦ i retain the authorship of the artwork. removing my signature is prohibited.◦ please credit me when using the artwork.
delivery and communication
◦ read the t.o.s. before ordering.◦ by commissioning me, you agree to all the terms above.◦ contact me via twitter (clickable) or e-mail [email protected]◦ send the reference of your character (no text description).◦ explain your idea as detailed as possible. pictures and references would be perfect. please include these:• commission type (halfbody / fullbody);
• pose;
• face expression;
• vibe and mood;
• background and ambience;
• any details i should take into account.◦ tell me in advance if your commission requires privacy or commercial use.◦ deadline depends on complexity and may take 1-3 months. rush-fee is not available.◦ deadline starts right after the sketch is approved.◦ updates will be regularly sent during the process.◦ the progress can be tracked via trello.◦ the finished commission will be sent via google drive or e-mail as a png file.
